District Development Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode today asked the Agriculture and  allied departments to sincerely strive for 100% saturation of Kisan Credit Cards in the district Doda.The DDC was chairing a meeting attended by the officers of Agriculture and allied departments,  besides representatives of various banks to take  stock of the total cases cleared by the Tehsils and Banks during the ongoing "Kissan Pakhwada" and the net pendency at the revenue as well as at the bank level.The DDC was informed by the Chief Agriculture Officer that the total pendency as of at Revenue level is 8538 and with different bank is 6540. The DDC directed them to expedite the process and clear the pendency at all levels by the   July 20, 2020, to achieve  100% saturation under the KCC scheme.The DDC said that "Kissan Pakhwada" is being conducted with the aim to achieve 100% coverage under KCC for which the field functionaries of Agriculture and allied sectors should work in coordination with each other.Chief Agriculture Officer Shahid Iqbal Sheikh, Lead Bank Manager, besides representatives of various banks attended the meeting.
