The District Employment Bureau and Enterprises has started working from its newly revamped office located near Nehru Park, Civil Line area. Marking the beginning of new building, Deputy Commissioner Bathinda Mr Praneet and ADC (Development) Mrs Sakshi Sawhney planted saplings today also marking beginning of the  550th birth anniversary celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.Speaking at the event Deputy Commissioner Mr Praneet said that the District Employment Bureau is hosting mega job fest under Ghar Ghar Rozgar Yojana Scheme of Punjab government from Nov 14 to Nov 19, 2018 at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU) and Guru Kashi University Talwandi Sabo. Preparing the youngsters for job fest, the bureau is holding free classes for resume making, personality development and basic computers on Nov 5 and Nov 6 from 10 am to 12 pm. To take advantage of these free classes one will have to register himself or herself at portal www.ghargharrozgar.gov.in. For further information one can also call at numbers 6284451719 and 0164-2211171 ADC (D) Mrs Sakshi Sawhney said that the District Employment Bureau will remain open from 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday. Mrs Sawhney added that preparing college students for the job fest resume writing and personality development classes were held today at the Government Polytechnic College, Government ITI College, SSD Women's Institute of Information and Technology and College of Engineering and Management Rampura.
