Mohit Bansal CEO GMI Infra is a visionary entrepreneur, investor, and nation builder at heart—driven by a deep-rooted belief that infrastructure is the foundation of India's future. With a bold decision to return from the United States to India, he turned down a comfortable life abroad to dedicate himself to something far greater: building-class infrastructure that fuels economic growth, innovation, and national pride.

Inspired by his mother, the former Architect of Punjab's SYL Canal, Mohit Bansal CEO GMI Infra’s journey into real estate wasn’t built on blueprints alone it was carved from legacy, purpose, and a lifelong passion to contribute meaningfully to India’s development. His earliest ventures between 2014–2018 were groundwork years, where he immersed himself in tunnel construction, bridge-building in the most arduous terrain, and town planning learning hands-on what it takes to build from the ground up.

In 2018, he founded GMI Infra, with a mission to create ten IT Parks across North and East India by 2030 focusing on Tier 2 cities where opportunity meets untapped potential.

Upcoming Project GMI IT District in Sector 102-A Mohali is a live example of one of these IT Parks. Under his leadership, GMI Infra has rapidly become a trusted name in the development of IT parks, industrial hubs, free trade zones, and now, luxury residential spaces. His core philosophy is simple but profound: create spaces where businesses thrive, people grow, and communities rise.

Projects like GMI Business Park stand as a testament to his commitment to "nation-first" thinking. Mohit’s focus is not on building just real estate—but building platforms where jobs are created, global investment is attracted, and local economies flourish.

GMI Platinum Square

With GMI Platinum Square, Mohit is shaping not just retail zones, but urban epicenters of commerce and culture. Every square foot reflects his conviction that thriving businesses are the heartbeat of a rising India where ambition, access, and identity meet.

GMI Elite Homes

Built with precision and purpose, these luxury residences are designed for families that dream big but live grounded. Every tower, every corner, is Mohit’s personal expression of what it means to build not just for the present—but for legacy.
