High uric acid is the result of improper eating habits & deteriorating lifestyle. Due to which there is pain in the joints, pain in the toes & swelling of the toe. Increased amount of uric acid can result in  unbearable ankle pain in the morning.

Uric acid is a dirty substance found in the blood. It is made when the body breaks down chemicals called purines. Uric acid is always present in humans, which the kidney removes from the body after filtering. An increased amount of uric acid in the body causes pain in the joints and feet.

Due to the increase in the level of uric acid, there is complaint of pain and swelling in the joints and feet. In some patients, the joints of the body even get jammed. This is not a common disease, but uric acid is a kind of poison that can also strangle your bones. 103 types of toxins are formed in our body, the reason for their formation is not proper digestion of food. If food is not digested, uric acid, cholesterol, and LDL are formed in the body which makes the body sick. If we want to avoid these kinds of toxins, then the most important thing will be to focus on proper digestion of food.

The increase in the amount of uric acid in the body is also addressed by Hyperuricemia, which can later give rise to a disease called Gout and it causes pain in the joints. Studies have also found that it can also make your blood and urine quite acidic.

Main symptoms of Uric Acid in body:

  • Experiencing joint pain in the body.

  • Problem of finger swelling.

  • Formation of lumps in the joints of the body. 

  • Unbearable pain in fingers (Feet & Hands).

  • Tiredness or disinterested intent in work.

  • Burning sensation in stomach.

  • Trouble urinating or pain around the abdomen soon.

  • Experiencing trouble in body posture while working.

Considerable steps to control Uric Acid:

  • Be physically active to control or avoid uric acid.

  • Do regular exercise/activity, yoga, dance, or at least take a walk everyday. 

  • Do not include purine protein-rich food in the diet.

  • Do not put long gaps in your diet schedule.

  • Have 7 to 8 glasses of water a day.

  • Keep taking some food items every two hours.

  • Consult your doctor & follow related advice provided by him.

  • Bloating after having a meal.

Treatment to control Uric Acid:

Eating high fibre food like oatmeal, oatmeal, beans, and brown rice will absorb most of the uric acid and reduce its level. Consumption of baking soda will also help in reducing uric acid. For this, mix one teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Now drink 8 glasses of this mixture daily. If you feel that the amount of uric acid in your body has increased, then you should contact your doctor without delay. 

Home remedies to reduce Uric Acid in the body:

Peepal bark is the most significant:

A decoction is prepared from the bark of peepal to reduce uric acid. For this, cook 10 grams peepal bark in about 250 ml water on low flame. Let this water boil till it becomes half. Drink this decoction twice a day and reduce the level of uric acid in the body.

Coriander:

- Coriander has a prominent place in Ayurveda:

Green leaves of coriander not only enhance the taste of food but also treat many serious diseases. Coriander has a prominent place in Ayurveda.

- Rich in fibre, iron, manganese and magnesium:

You can use coriander leaves to reduce creatinine and uric acid levels in the blood. Coriander is a good source of fibre, iron, manganese and magnesium.

- Procedure:

Take a bunch of coriander leaves, wash the leaves thoroughly, then after that keep the leaves immersed in salt water for half an hour. After removing the roots, boil it for 10 minutes in a closed vessel in two glasses of water, remove the lid and let it cool down and consuming it on an empty stomach can control a lot of uric acid.

2. Bay Leaf:

- Herbal Remedy:

According to a study, bay leaves are used as a spice in the kitchen. Not only does it enhance the taste of food, but it can also be a herbal remedy that can reduce uric acid in the body.

- Bay leaves contain vitamin C, vitamin A and folic acid:

It contains vitamin C, vitamin A and folic acid which are good for the health of the body.

- Procedure:

Take 10-25 bay leaves and take three glasses of water. You wash the bay leaf with running water till it becomes clear. Then, you boil the bay leaves in boiling water to release a glass of water. You divide the boiled water into two bay leaves. You should consume boiled water twice a day, due to which the amount of uric acid in the body will get relieved very soon.
