Dr Shehnaz Ganai today provided funds out of the construction of a place within the District court Complex in Poonch for the lawyers to facilitate them to attend to the litigant issues. The demand for the construction of appropriate place for the lawyers was projected recently by the Bar President Advocate Sh Zaman. Bar Association members, briefed MLC regarding their day to day problems mainly in connection with construction of Chambers.In a press note issued Dr Ganai said that construction of a place for advocates chambers is the basic requirement, of the advocates and the litigants and urged the legal fraternity to safeguard not only the interests of their clients but to also ensure that democracy prevails in the society.Dr Ganai urged the advocates to provide best possible legal aid to the deserving people who approach the court of Law for getting Justice. Bar is an essential component of our legal system and it is paramount that they contribute effectively in ensuring that the rule of law prevails in the society, by maintaining the legal ethical standards in practice.
