Member Legislative Council, Dr. Shehnaz Ganai, today dedicated three ambulances under Constituency Development Fund for further improving the facilities in healthcare institutions.Out of three ambulances, one ambulance is for District Hospital Poonch, one for Sub District Hospital Surankote and one will be provided for Sub District Hospital Mendhar.It is pertinent to mention that Dr. Ganai has earlier also dedicated ambulances to health institutions located in far off places including Loran and Sawzian.While speaking on the occasion, the MLC assured that best possible support will be provided for improving health infrastructure in the district.District Development Commissioner Tariq Ahmad Zargar, CMO, Dr Mumtaz Bhatti, Superintendent District Hospital, Dr Nyaz Choudhary, District Health Officer Dr Shamim Bhatti, besides locals were present on the occasion.Later, Dr Ganai visited the district hospital and enquired about the health of the injured in recent cross border firing. She directed district administration and hospital authorities to provide best possible treatment to them.
