Kharar , 05 Jun 2016

Punjab Democratic Party opened its second office in Kharar in SAS Nagar District on 5th June 2016. While inaugurating the office the President of the Party Er Gurkirpal Singh Punjab told that party will open its office all the districts of Punjab as soon as possible, so that we could distribute our manifesto and listen to the problems of the people living in that particular district or constituency. While Inauguration the President told media that party will not organise big rally or power show in Punjab. Party will organise meetings with not more than 10-200 people.Er Gurkirpal said that it is wrong to challenge the democracy by organising big power shows. Since party holds the name of democracy in itself therefore we will bring out the power of ONE, and for doing so we would incourage only 1 person to sit on dharna from punjab democratic party.

This way party will be able to protest even if Section 144 of the IPC is active in any district or constituency. For promotion of the party agenda  etc party will find out other ways rather than organising big rallies. This waste money, power and machinery of the government and which is actually the money of the public. Police and intelligence waste and use a lot of energy to follow leaders and people in that political rally and it further creates nuisance in the public transportation and office works. Crores of money is wasted by administration  for controlling rally esp the police department has to suffer a lot. Law and order will always be a priority for Punjab Democratic Party, as " we stand on the right side of the law.Beside other supporters"following office beareres were present : Mohinder Singh Gurna, Dr. Rajinder Renu, Hindpal Singh, Dr. Harjinder Harry, Mrs Bhupinder Kaur, Amarjeet Kaur, Muzaffar Ahmed, Satpal Singh Dugri
