To commemorate the significance of the 350th martyrdom year of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, a religious heritage book titled “Spiritual Journey of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib” was today presented to Mr. H. Rajesh Prasad, IAS, Chief Secretary, UT Chandigarh. The book was presented by Shri Harpreet Sandhu, State Information Commissioner, Punjab, who has co-authored the publication along with Dr. B. S. Batth and Shri Sandeep S. Dhaliwal, State Information Commissioners, Punjab.

The Chief Secretary, UT Chandigarh, appreciated the publication, acknowledging it as a meaningful and commendable work that beautifully depicts the life and spiritual journey of the Ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib. This publication pays tribute to the Ninth Sikh Guru’s supreme sacrifice and his eternal message of peace and resilience. 

It also features visuals of the historic shrines associated with Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, depicting the sacred places where the Guru left his footprints. The book was recently released by the Hon’ble Governor of Punjab at Raj Bhawan, Chandigarh, as part of a noble initiative from the State of Punjab.
