The JD Design Awards 2025 came to a spectacular close on July 24 at The Den, Bengaluru, marking yet another milestone in India’s ever-evolving design landscape. Designers from JD School of Design and JD Institute of Fashion Technology participated in the event with a spirit of innovation, craftsmanship, purpose-driven creativity, and showcased thought-provoking fashion and jewellery collections.

This year’s edition was made possible through the partnership of The Den, Whitefield, who provided a sophisticated and modern venue that mirrored the show’s contemporary energy. Lakmé Academy served as the official Makeup Partner, translating each designer’s vision into striking runway looks with their artistry and flair.

TheStyle.World, as the Creative Styling Partner, curated the visual appeal of the show with seamless styling and fashion-forward precision, enhancing the overall impact of the collections on stage. A distinguished panel of jurors, comprising leading voices from the fashion, sustainability, branding, and creative industries, played a crucial role in the selection and mentoring process.

At the JD Design Awards 2025, we witness young designers not just making garments and accessories but shaping movements. They are using fabric and form, metal and memory, to ask deeper questions and offer bold answers. This is where design becomes dialogue, and where purpose meets creativity.”

JD Design Awards announced the launch of a new category for 2026—the Digital Design Experience. This initiative will embrace the future of multimedia storytelling and will include pioneering works in VFX, Animation, Web and Immersive Design.
