At the 38th Surajkund International Crafts Fair being held in Faridabad, youth are buying products and decorative items made in Uganda at the F-40 shop. These products are eco-friendly as well as useful in everyday life. Anchala, who hails from Uganda, said she has come to such an international level craft fair for the first time and she is feeling happy after coming here.

She would like to come here again. She says that the way the Government of India and the Government of Haryana have supported Uganda, it will increase the trust between the two countries and the artists of that country will get more opportunities to come here. She said all these products are handmade. There are many tribes living in Uganda who earn their income by making similar handmade products.

Along with Anchala, a woman named Hazara from Uganda at her shop also praised the arrangements made at the Surajkund mela under the guidance of Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini and the leadership of Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Kumar Sharma. She said this international craft fair has a unique identity.

Women are liking the jewellery, decorative items, bangles and other products made in Uganda. Tourists are also buying bags made from banana leaves. Paintings related to nature by Ugandan artists are also being liked by tourists.
