Gain Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology, Phase 2 organized Annual Sports meet at its campus under the banner Fit Fest. Gain Jyoti group chairman J S Bedi inaugurated this mega event. 

Students from all the departments took oath to participate in Sports Meet with the true spirit of Sportsmanship. The students showcased their multi-faceted talents. 

The sports extravaganza witnessed a participation of more than 220 students in various exciting sports activities like Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton and KHO- KHO. 

Total number of participating teams in each event  were- Volleyball (8 teams), Basketball (10Teams), Badminton (20 participants) and Kho-Kho (6 Teams). 

The students battled it out on ground to clinch various titles. The event witnessed immense participation of enthusiastic students who put in their best efforts and displayed immense team spirit and integrity. 

In athletics Best athletes of event was Suraj Gupta. Aruvansh & David won the Gold Medals in Badminton. In badminton boys & girls category Bharti & Kashish win the gold medal. 

The Volley vikings won the Gold Medal in Volleyball. The chase commandos team won gole medal respectively in Kho Kho game. The Basketball game was won by Basket Blazers. 

In indoor games Nakul won the gold medal & Deepanshu won the gold medal. Gain Jyoti Chairman J S Bedi & GJIMT Director Aneet Bedi distributed medals, certificates, and trophies among winners of the games  and inspired the participating players with the speech.

Highlighting the importance of sports Director Aneet Bedi said that the lessons of life are learnt in the playground, sports instill discipline, perseverance, team work, sense of justice and co-operation which go a long way in one’s life. The event successfully ended with the National Anthem sung by the entire audience.
