Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhadarwah, Dil Mir Choudhary today convened a meeting to finalise the arrangements for the celebration of Independence Day 2023.It was decided in the meeting that the chief guest will unfurl the National Flag at 8.55 AM and take salute at the march past parade comprising contingents drawn from JKAP, IRP, NCC senior division, NCC Junior division and government and private schools.
The day will start with playing of Shehnai Vadan by the Information department Bhadarwah early in the morning.A detailed discussion was held regarding arrangements like security, first aid, sanitation, fire and emergency services, seating arrangements, power supply, the arrangement of drinking water and issuance of invitation cards.
The departmental heads were asked to illuminate the office buildings of their respective institutions and offices. It was also decided that the full dress rehearsal will be held on August 13, 2023 at 8.55 AM. A Tiranga Rally will be held after the culmination of full dress rehearsal parade in which all sectoral heads along with their subordinate staff shall participate.
The meeting was attended by ASP Bhadarwah,33BN CRPF,SSB, Tehsildar, XEN PWD, I+FC, Principal Girls, GHSS, AEE Jal Shakti, AEE PMGSY, ZEO, ZEPO and representatives of various other departments.
