Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhadarwah, Ch. Dil Mir today reviewed the arrangements for Shab-e-Qadr and Eid Ul Fitr here at a meeting with officers and members of different religious organisations.

Addressing the meeting, the ADC stressed upon the officers to provide all requisite facilities to the public like drinking water, sanitation, Medicare, transport, uninterrupted power and water supply and other necessary arrangements in this regard.

The Police authorities were directed to deploy adequate personnel on the holy days for the security of the public. The Traffic authorities were directed to prepare well thought-out traffic management and parking plans in order to ensure hassle-free to-and-fro movement of vehicles on the scheduled day.

He also directed the concerned officers from the PDD and Jal Shakti Department to ensure uninterrupted power and water supply to the general public during the festive days.The Fire and Emergency Department was directed to keep the fire tenders on alert 24×7, while MC was directed to ensure cleanliness in the town during the festivals.

The officers of line departments including ASP Bhadarwah Kameshwar Puri, Tehsildar Bhalla, BMO Bhadarwah, Naib Tehsildar, TSO Bhadarwah, President Anjuman Islamia and Beopar Mandal Bhaderwah attended the meeting.
