Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently released the movie Yashoda which remains successful to earn in the first two weeks in the theatres. The movie has shown a good opening and the audience also seemed impressed with the South Indian highly demanded actress Samantha who never remains to make crazy people behind her.
She always emerged to fight for herself and this attitude is the reason where she is today in the industry. The movie which was recently released in the South Indian industry Yashoda has now landed in serious legal trouble. The EVA IVF Hospital has launched a lawsuit against the film. This Telugu action-Thriller is facing legal challenges.

The film is directed by Hari and Harish and stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the titular role alongside Unni Mukundan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Murali Sharma. After making mixed reviews in the mind of the relievers this movie is also delayed to be announced on the OTT platforms by the Hyderabad police
City Civil Court. In the first ten days of the movie's release in the theatres, the movie can collect 33 crores at the Box Office according to the Sridevas.
The EVA IVF Hospital has taken legal action against the movie Yashoda, they have claimed that somewhere the movie cast has put a negative light on the image and the reputation of the hospital, which can harm its credibility and prominence. The hospital’s management has proclaimed that the film is harming its prestige. Meanwhile, the court has looked into the petition and decided in the hospital’s favour by delaying the film’s OTT release. The hospital has said that the makers of the movie have negatively used the hospital name.

At least until December 19, the movie cannot be released for viewing on OTT platforms. Concerning the hospital’s denigration, the courts have also served notices to the makers of Yashoda, however, their responses are pending. Now, what action the court will take for the movie related to the OTT platform will they give the permission to the maker to release on the OTT platform not depend on the hospital authorities?
