Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Avny Lavasa today chaired a meeting to review progress under District Capex Budget 2022-23 (UT, NABARD, DDC, BDC, PRI components), MPLADS, Deliverables and action taken on the decisions taken in the recently held review meeting of Jammu district chaired by Chief Secretary.
The meeting discussed different components of the District Capex Budget 2022-23, besides reviewed sector wise position of works including their physical and financial status.CPO Jammu, Joginder Katoch; CEO Jammu; Jt. Commissioner JMC; Jt. Commissioner (W) JMC; ACD Jammu RDD; AEEs, SEs, Xens and other Officers of concerned Departments were also present in the meeting.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed upon the concerned authorities to consider and resolve all issues highlighted in the CS meeting on priority basis and clear all bottlenecks so that all ongoing development works could be completed in time bound manners.
The Deputy Commissioner also gave instructions to speed up the pace of execution of works. She stressed on concerned officers to ensure maximum expenditure under the Capex Budget. She urged all concerned to speed up pace on works, especially those nearing completion.
She urged the concerned departments to work in coordination for time bound completion of all projects being executed under PMDP, Back to Village Programme and other government schemes in the district.
