Shimla, Rajya Sabha MP and former President state BJP SC morcha Dr sikander kumar on his visit to theog constituency where he got a rousing welcome from the local BJP unit in chaila Holi.Dr Sikander Kumar also attended SC morcha district , BJP district office bearers and one booth level meeting in theog.Dr Sikander Kumar said that BJP is a political party which works for 365 day round the year. We have a strong organisational stucture at the booth level and this is our core strength.
He said i have visited most parts of himachal and i have seen great enthusiasm in workers, Jairam Thakur as a chief minister has given an overall development to the state. People are completely satisfied with the performance of our government.He said Chief Minister Jairam Thakur has transferred three months pension of Rs 280 crore to 6,35,375 beneficiaries under social security pension scheme. This a big achievement of our government.
Sikander said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a corruption-free government in the last seven years and no one can question its intention when a decision is taken.One of the greatest achievements of the Modi government has been that it has brought 60 crore people in the country's development process, who were otherwise deprived of it since independence, and helped increase their faith in democracy.There were 60 crore people, who did not have a bank account, they did not have electricity connection, gas connection or health facilities.
He said the Congress is the mother of corruption. It has divided the country on the basis of caste and religion, and hampered development.The congress party, on its own as well as with its allies, has been accused of a host of scams including the 2G, Bofors,
AgustaWestland helicopter, Scorpene submarine, Maharashtra irrigation,Commonwealth Games, Coal scams and many more.Sikander said that BJP is heading towards mission repeat in upcoming general election and we will also be breaking the myth of 5 years for one political party in State. State BJP secretary Tilak Raj and District President Ajay Shayam were also present on this occasion.
