The Jan Abhiyan/Awami Muhim has already been kickstarted across the District by the District Administration Doda and in order to make this campaign more public delivery and result oriented, the Deputy Commissioner Doda, Dr. Sagar D Doifode today convened the meet of all key officials of the Revenue department.During the meeting, the DC stressed on to ensure that all the designated officers alongwith their field staff shall remain present at the already designated locations in their respective jurisdictions on every consecutive Wednesday, i.e on 16, 23 and 30th September 2020, which have been earmarked to celebrate the Block Diwas program in all the Seventeen Blocks of the District.Similarly the DC Doda has also informed them that they shall ensure in coordination with BDO's that in every Panchayat across the District 2 works each from B2V-1 and B2V-2 shall be started and completed well before the commencement of the 3rd phase of the Back to Village program on priority basis.Regarding 'Jan Suvayi' Abhiyan,the DC directed that every Tehsildar in coordination with BDO'S shall ensure that public issues which shall be raised during the Block Diwas shall be recorded and documented in well manner form, besides the DC Informed them that District Administration has already devised different formats for monitoring purpose have already been circulated among all the District and sectoral officer's.The DC directed them that they shall ensure that each and every public grievances shall be filled in those monitoring formats and shall reached to the designated team on every Thursday right after the culmination of Block Diwas, so that they can be reviewed and disposed off by the concerned department promptly.Regarding Jan Adhikar the DC said that they shall ensure each and every department during the Block Diwas program shall provide their respective services to the general public on priority basis, besides said that the list of the services pertaining to each and every department has already been shared with all the department's and after 21 days the performance of every department is going to be assessed on the basis of the services which will be provided during the Block Diwas to the general public.The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, CPO Doda, ADC Bhaderwah, SDM's besides all the Tehsildars also attended the meeting.
