Committee on Petitions of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly today met under the Chairmanship of MLA, Ch Sukhnandan Kumar to take up discussions on various petitions received by the committee.Legislators, R S Pathania and Noor Mohammad Shiekh also attended the meeting.Threadbare discussions were held on working of the Committee besides reviewing present status on progress made regarding pending Petitions before the Committee.The Committee also discussed work done on the recommendations, suggestions and directions given by the Committee in its report submitted during the budget session 2018-19.It was decided in the meeting that the next meeting of the Committee to be held on March 27 of this month.Among others, Additional Secretary, Legislative Assembly, R L Sharma, Additional Secretary, Legislative Assembly, Naseem Jan besides other officers and officials of Assembly Secretariat were present in the meeting.
