The meeting of the Committee on Petitions of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held here today, under the Chairmanship of MLA, Ch. Sukhnandan Kumar.Legislators, R S Pathania, Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Kamal Verma and Anjum Fazili attended the meeting.The Committee discussed the Petition given by the Twinkle Moham W/O Sachin Fegatra R/O F-78-A, Mahajan Industries, Talab Tillo Jammu against Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Corporation Limited, (JKCHC) Jammu.The Committee disposed of the matter as the petitioner and the concerned authorities of JKCHC has already settled the matter mutually and has withdrawn the petition.It was also decided in the meeting that the next meeting of the Committee to be held on March 20, 2018 to discuss pending petitions.Secretary, Legislative Assembly, M R Singh, Special Secretary, Assembly, R L Sharma, Deputy Secretary, Assembly Abdul Qayoom Mir besides other senior officers and officials of Assembly Secretariat were also present in the meeting.
