A meeting of the Committee on Petitions of Legislative Assembly was held here today under the Chairmanship of MLA, Choudhary Sukhnandan Kumar to discuss the status of pending petitions.Legislators, Gulzar Ahmed Wani, Yawar Ahmed Mir, Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Ishfaq Ahmed Sheikh, and Anjum Fazili attended the meeting and gave their suggestions regarding early settlement of the petitions lying pending before the Committee.The Committee discussed petition of Twinkle Mohan of Talab Tillo Jammu. After threadbare discussions, the Committee directed the Jammu & Kashmir Cooperative Housing Corporation Ltd. Jammu to submit all the relevant records in respect of allotment of plot in favour of the petitioner.Another petition regarding the construction of Ayush Hospital at Harwan Srinagar was also discussed.Principal Secretary, Health and Medical Education, Dr Pawan Kotwal, Chief Engineer, R&B, Hamid Sheikh, Executive Engineer Javid Bukhari, besides, Secretary Cooperative Department, Bashir Ahmed Bhat, Managing Director Cooperative, Housing Corporation, Bharat Bushan, Additional Secretary Legislative Assembly, Rattan Lal Sharma and  senior officers/ officials of  Assembly Secretariat were also present in the meeting.
