The meeting of Committee on Petitions of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held under the Chairmanship of Choudhary Sukhnandan Kumar here today.The meeting was attended by Legislators RS Pathania, Yawar Ahmed Mir, Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Ishfaq Ahmed Sheikh, Anjum Fazili besides Secretary Cooperatives Bashir A Bhat and MD JKCHC Bharat Bhushan were also present in the meeting.The meeting held elaborate discussions regarding the petition submitted by Twinkle Mohan R/o Talab Tillo Jammu against the alleged hostile and illegal conduct of the Jammu and Kashmir Co-operative Housing Corporation (JKCHC), Jammu.After deliberate discussions, the Committee directed JKCHC to furnish details regarding the case. It was further decided that the petitioner would be called-in, in future meeting to present her side of the case besides present evidence in support of her petition.
