Punjab Cabinet Minister Sohan Singh Thandal today suffered a minor heart attack at his native village during the morning walk. After being investigated by a local doctor he was referred to the Fortis Hospital Mohali. Thandal was immediately operated upon by the doctors and a stunt was placed. After having the information of cardiac arrest, Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal immediately talked to the doctors operating upon the ailing Minister and enquired about the well-being of his colleague. Chief Minister directed the doctors to pay full attention round the clock upon the ailing Cabinet Minister and to administer proper medication to him. At the same time Chief Minister Prayed to the Almighty for the well-being of the ailing Minister and his speedy recovery. Meanwhile latest reports emerging from Fortis Hospital indicated that Mr. Thandal was out of Danger and recuperating steadily from the impact of attack.
