The Government today laid two Audit and Accounts Reports of Jammu and Kashmir State Road Corporation (J&KSRTC), Jammu and Kashmir State Cable Car Corporation (J&KCCC) and Jammu and Kashmir State Water Resources Regulatory Authority Regulations (SWRRAR), 2013 in the House.In this regard the Minister for Consumer Affairs and Public Destitution and Transport Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan laid on the Table of the House a copy of the Audit Report on Accounts of the J&K State Road Transport Corporation for the years 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, as required under Sub-Section 4 of Section 33 of the State Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950.The Minister for Tourism Mr. G. A. Mir laid on the Table of the House a copy of the Annual Reports on the Accounts of J&K State Cable Car Corporation Limited (J&KSCCC) for the financial years 2001-02, 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05, 2005-06, and 2006-07, as required under Section 619A of the Companies Act, 1956.
While as the Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Mr. Sham Lal Sharma also laid on the Table of the House a copy of the Jammu and Kashmir State Water Resources Regulatory Authority Regulations, 2013.
