The final day of the *MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026 – Youth Dialogue* concluded on a high note at the Panjab University Convention Centre (New Auditorium), Chandigarh, marking the successful culmination of a vibrant and insightful national-level initiative.

Day 2 witnessed engaging and thought-provoking panel discussions centered around key themes of national importance, including **“Human Capital: Investment in Skill Development, Education & Employment”** and **“Women-led Inclusive Development.”** These discussions provided a platform for young participants to deliberate, exchange ideas, and contribute perspectives towards shaping a progressive and inclusive India.

Adding to the energy of the day, participants experienced a rich cultural showcase representing the diversity of India. Enthralling performances such as **Bhangra, Manipuri Dance, Luddi Dance, and Kumaun Dance** created a vibrant kaleidoscope of India’s cultural heritage, celebrating unity in diversity.

A major highlight of the event was the inspiring message shared by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. In his message, he emphasized that *youth are the architects of tomorrow and their ideas, energy, and engagement are critical in shaping India’s growth trajectory*.

He highlighted that such dialogues serve as a powerful platform to harness the creativity of young minds and encourage their active participation in policymaking and nation-building. The Hon’ble Union Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports, **Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya**, addressed the participants virtually, underlining the pivotal role of MY Bharat in empowering youth and driving the vision of *Viksit Bharat*.

He encouraged young minds to actively engage in governance processes and contribute meaningfully to India’s development journey. The event was graced by **Ms. Ranjana Chauhan, IPS, DIG, State Human Rights Commission, Himachal Pradesh**, as the Chief Guest.

She motivated and inspired the 768 MY Bharat participants from Chandigarh, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh, who had been selected through a rigorous multi-round MY Bharat Budget Quest process. The programme concluded simultaneously at **17 locations across the country**, covering all States and Union Territories, reflecting the truly national character of the initiative and the widespread participation of youth.
