DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar Visits Mohali Educational Institutions

Deputy Inspector General of Police, Rupnagar Range, S. Harcharan Singh Bhullar, today, visited the various educational institutions situated in the Rupnagar Range including Mohali to review the law and order situation and Inculcate sense of safety and security among the students of other states studying here. Interacting with the media after the visit, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Mr Bhullar said that there is no need of panic to other states' students on wake of the Pehalgam Terror Attack. 

He said that the Punjab Police is capable to respond the naferious designs of the anti national forces. He said that the students studying here are safe and need not to worry about their future here. Holding meetings with CU Gharuan and CGC Landra faculty and management, the DIG emphasized that there would be no harrasment to any student. He asked the faculty members to interact with the other state students regularly. He also assured the students of their safety and security.

He said that the institutions have peaceful environment and there is a very good coordination between all the students. He asked the students to beware of the false propaganda spreading on social media and verify all the information they got. Similarly, he warned the rumour mongers of spreading the misleading propaganda that promote hatred among the society.

He said that all the senior officers of Rupnagar Range has visited the institutions falling in thier areas to ensure brotherhood among all. He was accompanied by SP (R) Manpreet Singh, SP (PBI) Deepika Singh and DSP Mohali Harsimran Singh Bal.
