Inter-Technology University Sports Association (ITUSA) Cricket tournament was organized by PEC Chandigarh from 06 to 08 April, 2024 in which outstation teams of NIT Kurukshetra, TIET Patiala, SLIET Longowal & PEC Chandigarh teams are participated.
The result of the Final Day Match is as under:-
The 1st match in the morning of Day 3 was played between NIT Kurukshetra versus SLIET Longowal. NIT Kurukshetra started the match with batting. NIT Kurukshetra scored 133/10 and SLIET Longowal scored 132/7 runs. NIT Kurukshetra won by 1 run.
Mr.Sachin Saurav of NIT Kurukshetra was declared Player of Match.
Second Match played between Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala Vs PEC Chandigarh. Thapar Patiala scored 191/7 runs. PEC Chandigarh scored 180/9 runs. Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala won by 11 runs.
Mr.Shashwat Tiwari of TIET Patiala was declared Player of Match.
Final Results:
1 st Position – Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala.
2 nd Position – National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
3 rd Position – Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh.
4 th Position – Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal.
