Traders upset with BJP supported Congress Lok Sabha candidate Gurjeet Singh Aujla during a meeting at White Avenue today. Aujla also welcomed him and assured him that he would now get the opportunity to be happy which he had not got in the last ten years.
Discussion over tea in White Avenue
Congress candidate Gurjit Singh Aujla today held a meeting with prominent businessmen of the city in the park of White Avenue. During this, the traders demanded opening of the trade with Pakistan which had been closed for a long time.
He said that the condition of business is very bad under the BJP government and business is decreasing day by day. In such a situation, now he is with Congress so that like before, the business class of the country can progress along with the country.
Aujla assured to fulfill every demand
During this, Gurjeet Singh Aujla said that after victory, he will raise his voice in the Lok Sabha for all their demands. The progress of the country is linked with the progress of the business class, that is why he also wants that the businessmen of Guru Nagri should contribute significantly to the progress of the country.
He said that BJP has benefited only a few sections in the country and has ignored every other section, whereas the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab has only done corruption. Now the people will have to return the command to the Congress so that the conditions of the country can be improved and the Constitution can be saved.
On this occasion, former MLA Sunil Dutti, Councilor Sonu Dutti, Councilor Vijay Umat, Nirmal Singh Bajwa, Kanda, Bunty, Manish and other colleagues were present.

कांग्रेस के साथ अब व्यापारियों ने भी हाथ मिला लिया हैं। बीजेपी से परेशान व्यापारियों ने आज व्हाइट एवेन्यू में बैठक के दौरान कांग्रेस के लोकसभा प्रत्याशी गुरजीत सिंह औजला का समर्थन किया। औजला ने भी उनके साथ का स्वागत किया और विश्वास दिलाया कि उन्हें प्रफुल्लित होने का जो मौका पिछले दस सालों से नहीं मिला वो अब मिलेगा।
व्हाइट एवेन्यू में चाय पर चर्चा
कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी गुरजीत सिंह औजला ने आज शहर के खास व्यापारियों के साथ व्हाइट एवेन्यू के पार्क में बैठक की। इस दौरान व्यापारियों ने पिछले काफी समय से पाकिस्तान के साथ बंद हुए व्यापार को खोलने की मांग रखी। उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी की सरकार में व्यापार का बहुत बुरा हाल है और दिन ब दिन व्यापार कम होता जा रहा है। ऐसे में अब वो कांग्रेस के साथ हैं ताकि पहले की तरह ही देश के व्यापारी वर्ग की तरक्की देश के साथ साथ हो सके।
औजला ने दिलाया हर मांग पूरी करने का विश्वास
इस दौरान गुरजीत सिंह औजला ने कहा कि वो जीत के बाद उनकी हर मांग के लिए लोकसभा में आवाज उठाएंगे। व्यापारी वर्ग की तरक्की के साथ ही देश की तरक्की जुड़ी है इसीलिए वो भी चाहते हैं कि गुरु नगरी के व्यापारी देश की तरक्की में अहम योगदान दें। उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी ने देश में सिर्फ कुछ ही वर्गो को फायदा दिलाया है और अन्य हर वर्ग को नजर अंदाज किया है वहीं पंजाब में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार ने केवल भ्रष्टाचार किया है।
अब लोगों को कमान कांग्रेस के हाथ में वापिस देनी होगी ताकि देश के हालातों को सुधारा जा सके और संविधान को बचाया जा सके। इस अवसर पर पूर्व विधायक सुनील दत्ती, पार्षद सोनू दत्ती, पार्षद विजय उमट, निर्मल सिंह बाजवा, कांडा, बंटी, मनीष व अन्य साथी उपस्थित थे।

ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਜਲਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਵਾਈਟ ਐਵੀਨਿਊ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਘੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਪਏ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਵਪਾਰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾੜੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦਿਨੋਂ-ਦਿਨ ਘਟਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ 'ਚ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਵਰਗ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ।
ਔਜਲਾ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਮੰਗ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਜਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਵਰਗ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਗਰੀ ਦੇ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਦਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਹੀ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਹੁਣ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਸੁਧਾਰੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਦੱਤੀ, ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਦੱਤੀ, ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਵਿਜੇ ਉਮਾਤ, ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ, ਕੰਡਾ, ਬੰਟੀ, ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਥੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
