Haryana Home and Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij directed the SP of Kurukshetra to suspend the IO (Investigation Officer) of Kurukshetra Adarsh police station for not registering a case in the matter of snatching of bike and cash in Kurukshetra. Sh. Vij was redressing the grievances to the people of the state in Ambala today.
The complainant, who came from village Barwa of Kurukshetra, while giving complaint to Home Minister Anil Vij, said that a few months ago, he had gone to LNJP Hospital in Kurukshetra for treatment, but there three people beat him up and snatched cash and bike from him.
He also recognizes the two accused and had lodged a complaint at Adarsh police station on the same day of the incident. His complaint was with an IO and the IO kept giving him the promise of registering a case and till date the police has not registered a case. Taking this matter seriously, Home Minister Anil Vij rung the SP of Kurukshetra and gave instructions to suspend the concerned IO with immediate effect and register a case and investigate the matter.
On the complaint of the soldier, Home Minister Anil Vij said to the SP of Palwal, "It is not right that the soldiers have to come here from the border for action"
The soldier who came from Palwal told Home Minister Anil Vij that the police has not yet taken action in the matter of encroachment on his land and he is forced to repeatedly leave his duty at the border and come to Palwal police for action. The Home Minister said to the soldiers, “Anil Vij is sitting here to fight your battle; you do not need to worry”. After this he rung the SP of Palwal and said, "It is not right that the soldiers have to come here from the border for action, you should get the land measured in the presence of the police and give justice to the soldier".
Home Minister instructed SP, Hisar to form SIT and investigate
The complainant from Hisar complained to Home Minister Anil Vij about cheating in the case of selling JCB, on which he instructed the SP of Hisar to constitute SIT. Similarly, the complainant from Karnal accused no action in the theft case, the woman from Panipat accused her husband of assault, the married woman from Ambala accused her in-laws of assault and throwing her out of the house after having a daughter, the woman who came here from Yamunanagar complained about no action being taken in the dowry harassment case, the family from Karnal complained about the accused not being arrested in the suicide case, the family resident of Ambala city complained about being cheated of Rs 4.5 lakh under the lucky draw scheme, a farmer resident of Hisar complained about being cheated and many other complaints came before Home Minister Anil Vij on which he gave directions to the concerned officials for action. Likewise, some other complaints come into fore the Home Minister, in which he directed the concerned officers for action.On this occasion, Ambala Cantonment DSP Ashish Chaudhary, Padav SHO Dalip Kumar and other officers were present.
गृह मंत्री अनिल विज ने बाइक छीनने के मामले में मुकद्दमा दर्ज नहीं करने वाले कुरुक्षेत्र आदर्श थाने के आईओ को निलंबित करने के दिए निर्देश
सैनिक की शिकायत पर गृह मंत्री बोले, “अनिल विज बैठा है तुम्हारी लड़ाई लड़ने के लिए, तुम्हे चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं”

हरियाणा के गृह एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्री अनिल विज ने कुरुक्षेत्र के एसपी को कुरुक्षेत्र में बाइक व नकदी छीनने के मामले में केस दर्ज नहीं करने वाले कुरुक्षेत्र आदर्श थाने के आईओ (जांच अधिकारी) को निलंबित करने के निर्देश दिए। श्री विज आज अंबाला में अपने आवास पर प्रदेश के कई जिलों से आए सैकड़ों लोगों की समस्याओं को सुन रहे थे।
कुरुक्षेत्र के गांव बारवा से आए शिकायतकर्ता ने गृह मंत्री अनिल विज को शिकायत देते हुए बताया कि कुछ माह पूर्व वह कुरुक्षेत्र के एलएनजेपी अस्पताल में ईलाज कराने गया था, मगर वहां पर तीन लोगों ने उसके साथ मारपीट करते हुए उससे नकदी और उसकी बाइक छीन ली। वह दो आरोपियों को पहचानता भी है और घटना के दिन ही उसने आदर्श थाने में शिकायत दी थी।
उसकी शिकायत एक आईओ के पास थी और आईओ उसे केस दर्ज करने का केवल झांसा देता रहा और मामले में आज तक पुलिस ने केस दर्ज नहीं किया। गृह मंत्री अनिल विज ने इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए कुरुक्षेत्र के एसपी को फोन कर संबंधित आईओ को तत्काल प्रभाव से सस्पेंड करने तथा केस दर्ज कर छानबीन के निर्देश दिए।
सैनिक की शिकायत पर पलवल के एसपी से गृह मंत्री अनिल विज बोले “फौजियों को कार्रवाई के लिए बार्डर से यहां आना पड़े, यह ठीक नहीं”
गृह मंत्री अनिल विज को पलवल से आए सैनिक ने बताया कि उनकी जमीन पर कब्जे के मामले में पुलिस ने अब तक कार्रवाई नहीं की है और उसे मजबूरी में बार-बार बार्डर पर अपनी ड्यूटी छोड़ पलवल पुलिस के पास कार्रवाई के लिए आना पड़ रहा है। गृह मंत्री फौजी से बोले कि “यहां अनिल विज बैठा है तुम्हारी लड़ाई लड़ने के लिए, तुम्हे चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं”, इसके बाद उन्होंने पलवल के एसपी को फोन मिलाते हुए कहा कि “फौजियों को कार्रवाई कराने के लिए बार्डर पर अपनी ड्यूटी छोड़ यहां आना पड़े, यह ठीक नहीं है, आप इस मामले में पुलिस की मौजूदगी में जमीन की पैमाइश कराते हुए फौजी को इंसाफ दिलाएं”।
गृह मंत्री ने हिसार के एसपी को एसआईटी गठित कर जांच के निर्देश दिए
गृह मंत्री अनिल विज को हिसार से आए फरियादी ने जेसीबी बेचने के मामले में ठगी करने की शिकायत दी जिस पर उन्होंने हिसार के एसपी को एसआईटी गठित करने के निर्देश दिए।इसी प्रकार, करनाल से आए फरियादी ने चोरी के मामले में कार्रवाई नहीं होने, पानीपत से आई महिला ने पति पर मारपीट के आरोप लगाए, अम्बाला से आई विवाहिता ने ससुराल पक्ष पर मारपीट करने व बेटी होने के बाद उसे घर से निकालने, यमुनानगर से आई महिला ने दहेज उत्पीड़न मामले में कार्रवाई नहीं होने, करनाल से आए परिवार ने आत्महत्या मामले में आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी नहीं होने, अम्बाला शहर निवासी परिवार ने लक्की ड्रा स्कीम के तहत उनसे साढ़े चार लाख रुपए की ठगी होने, हिसार निवासी किसान ने धोखे से उसका ट्रेक्टर दूसरे व्यक्ति द्वारा अपने नाम कराने, अम्बाला शहर छोटा माजरी निवासी फरियादी ने क्षेत्र से मोबाइल टावर को हटाने तथा अन्य कई शिकायतें गृह मंत्री अनिल विज के समक्ष आई जिस पर उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को कार्रवाई के दिशा-निर्देश दिए।इस अवसर पर अम्बाला छावनी के डीएसपी आशीष चौधरी, पड़ाव एसएचओ दलीप कुमार सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौके पर मौजूद रहे।
