The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Jalandhar gained more strength, on Monday, when MC Gursharan Kaur Happy, along with her 250 supporters, Shiv Sena leader Subash Gorya and Director SC department Punjab Ashok Brar joined the AAP.

AAP Punjab President CM Bhagwant Mann welcomed all these leaders and hundreds of their supporters to the AAP family and said that people of every front, who want Punjab to progress, are joining the AAP. 

Bhagwant Mann said that we are an honest party which is fully committed to Punjab and Punjabis and every pro-Punjab leader is welcomed to join us and work for the people of our state.

Mann said that the people of rural as well as urban Jalandhar are extending their support to the Aam Aadmi Party candidate because they've seen the work of Aam Aadmi Party for the last one year. And people have trust in the policies of the party and its candidate that he will be their honest representative in the parliament.

New members of AAP said that they'll work on the grass root level and will take the pro-people policies of the AAP government to the doorsteps of the common people. They added that Sushil Kumar Rinku will win with a huge margin.
