A report which was issued by the U.K revealed that around 35 Million men and 25 million women suffered from hair fall. Once in life 85% men suffer from hair fall, which causes baldness among them. Around 100 hairs a day have fallen,while washing or brushing our hairs we lose more hair, but no need to panic, we grow more hairs as we lose.
8 million women in the U.K have the problem of hair loss, according to the NHS. Most of the female loss of hairs because of stress or psychological problems are major factors ,which include, poor self-esteem and heightened self consciousness. It is also claimed that women with high-stress levels are experiencing the problem of hair fall 11 times more than normal women. 40% of women have a marital problem and 60% claim that they have career-related problems, which cause stress in their lives.

- The deficiency of vitamins and proteins in our food causes hair fall i.e Vitamine D and Vitamin B12.
- Lack of iron in water & food can lead to the problem of hair fall.
- Illness can cause hair fall problems among people. Scalp ringworm, Psoriasis and fungal infections can cause this problem.
- Also, we have to avoid the habit of sharing towels with each other even at home.
- Mistreating your hair might weaken your hair. Mistreating actions include constant straightening, using hair dye, aggressive hair brushing, and backcombing, we need to avoid all these steps.
- More than 50% of women have experienced hair fall post-menopause. During the pregnancy, because of hormonal change, their hair fall problem erupts more than usual.
- Smoking more than twice a day can cause hair fall.

Food that Our damaged Hair Need
Fatty Fish: Fatty fish is an awesome source of omega 3 fatty acids, which empower hair growth also it has been reserved in various searches. Fatty acids which contain omega 3 are a great source of protein, selenium, Vitamin D3, B Vitamins and nutrients. which promotes hair growth.
Spinach: Spinach is a green vegetable enriched with beneficial nutrients like Vit A & C, folate, Iron and all of them which are required for hair growth. Studies show that vitamins are very important for hair growth, but excessive use of or ingestion of vitamin A can also lead to hair loss. So, limited use of Vitamin A should be preferred. Only 30 grams of spinach are included in meals that contain 20% of vitamin A.
Eggs: When we talk about food which are a great source of protein or biotin, then one food that comes to our mind is that we should eat eggs on a daily basis if we want to attain protein. Eggs have those proteins and biotin which are important for our hair growth.
Berries: Berries are always conducted as good food or fruit which doctors recommend to eat. It is enriched with Vitamin C which has antioxidant powers which protect the hair follicle against damage from harmful molecules.
Beans: Beans are a great source of zinc,which treats damaged hair and helps with hair growth. Beans contain iron, biotin, and folate, which are essential for hair growth and also help to aid damaged hair.
Aloe Vera: A very worthwhile treatment to repair damaged hair at home is to add some aloe vera’s gel to your shampoo, make a paste, and put it for 15 minutes after making the paste, then use it on your hair. It will definitely enhance the quality of your hair within just one wash.
