District Development Council Chairperson, Udhampur Lal Chand convened a District Council meeting at Conference Hall DC Office Complex Udhampur to review the present status of Area Development Plan, District Capex Budget 2022-23; grants for PRI, BDC and DDC, status of estimation, Accord Administrative approval and e-tendering of works today.
At the outset, the ADDC gave a detailed PowerPoint presentation on the physical and financial progress achieved on developmental works being executed by RDD sectors in the district during the year 2021-22.While addressing the meeting, the DDC Chairperson directed the concerned officers to pace up the pending estimation of 14th FC works.
He stressed upon all the concerned officers to gear up the process for completion of targets and utilization of 100% funds. He stressed upon the officers to maintain transparency and accountability in the execution of works.He impressed upon the officers to achieve the set targets during the current financial year and also stressed on close monitoring of ongoing works to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
Vice Chairperson DCC, Udhampur Juhi Manhas Pathania, Additional District Development Commissioner, Anu Behl, Chief Planning Officer, Mudassir Yaqoob Zargar, Assistant Commissioner Development, Dharam Paul, ACP, Ranjit Kotwal, BDCs, DDCs and BDOs attended the meeting.
