BJP candidate Sanjeev Vashisht from Mohali held a roadshow which began from Phase 11 of Mohali and while moving from 10, 9, 8,7, and 5 came to an end at balongi . Many BJP leaders including Haryana Speaker Gian Chand Gupta, Haryana Sports Minister Sandeep Singh and actor Mahi Gill was also part in the road show .During the road show a large number of BJP supporters joined him on tractors, motorcycles, cars and autos. Residents Welcomed Sanjeev Vashisht and party workers with garlands of flowers and showered flowers on them .Sanjeev Vashisht while addressing the residents said that people of Punjab have made up their mind to Vote BJP double engine government. People have tried parties like Congress, Aam Aadmi Party and Akali Dal. People have faith on Prime Minister Modi which can be witnessed with the large number of people participating in the road show that’s why for the first time, the BJP has fielded candidates.
Talking about the development of Mohali, Vashisht said that real development of Mohali is possible only with the cooperation of BJP central government. If IT companies and industries are to be brought in Mohali, it is necessary to get special packages from the BJP government at the Center, which is possible only with a BJP government in Punjab.He said that people had come to know that Congress MLA from Mohali Balbir Sidhu had spent five years earning money and have provided lucrative posts his kins . As Balbir Sidhu was repeatedly accused of occupying village panchayat lands and urban lands, his defeat is certain.Similarly Aam Aadmi Party candidate Kulwant Singh ,who is the richest candidate in Punjab. He has already been rejected by the people at the time of election of councilor. So now again there would be no voting for him . people will vote for the development of Punjab only and will not regret for the next five years.
