Principal District and Session Judge Kulgam Mr. Tahir Khurshid Raina ( Chairman Coordination while chairing an officers meeting here today impressed upon all the members of District administration to expedite the construction of new Court Complex at Kulgam and to address the infrastructure deficiencies in existing Court Complex .Issues regarding residential quarters of Judicial officers and availability of medical facilities to them were also raised .Issues regarding ,water, electricity and security were also discussed.The officials of District administration ensured prompt action regarding the difficulties faced by Kulgam Judiciary.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulgam,Showkat Ahmad Rather, Additional Senior superintendent of Police Kulgam, Zulfiqar Chowdhary, Chief Judicial Magistrate Kulgam, Manzoor Ahmad Zarger, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Kulgam, Miss Mehreen Mushtaq,AEE Housing Board , AEE R&B Division Kulgam, Executive Engineer PDD Division Kulgam, District Health Officer Kulgam and Public Prosecutor Kulgam, Secretary Coordination Committee (Chief Judicial Magistrate Kulgam) Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Zarger prepared the agenda of meeting.
