Punjab Youth Development Board (PYDB) Sukhwinder Singh Bindra on Thursday honoured several doctors in Dayanand Medical College & Hospital (DMCH) for their indomitable spirit and stellar role against Covid-19 pandemic.Accompanied by DMCH Secretary Prem Gupta, Dr Sandeep Puri, Dr Rajesh Mahajan, Dr Bishav Mohan, SMO Dr Poonam and several other doctors, Chairman Bindra said that Punjab Youth Development Board, under the able leadership of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi recognises the endeavor and courage of these doctors and their teams during the battle against the deadly disease.
He said that the fortitude displayed by them was a great example for the people. He added this war against deadly virus was most difficult as the enemy was invisible.He said that all the doctors exhibited exemplary courage and determination during the fight due to which several precious lives saved. He told that these Corona Warriors were the real heroes and champions who remained at forefront during the pandemic by risking their own lives.PYDB chairman added that it was duty of PYDB to recognize the services of all those who have rendered their services to keep Coronavirus at bay.
