Delegation of Patiala Industries Association comprising of Mr H P S Lamba, Mr Jai Narain, Mr Sanjay Singla, Mr Yash Mohinder and Mr Rajesh Singla met and felicitated Mr Anirudh Tewari on his taking over as Chief Secretary Punjab. Director Industries Punjab Mr C Sibin was also present in the meeting. Issues faced by Industries in Punjab were highlighted and ways to improve industrial growth amongst MSME were discussed.Few main points like to relook at Industrial policy for Incentives to promote the investment in MSME sector, improving infrastructure in newly declared industrial zones as per master plan like electricity grid, widening of roads, availability of water and sewerage facilities, one nodal agency to clear drawings/maps of the industry instead 2-3 departments, streamlining of NOC’s and also discussed about electricity charges for small and medium industry sector.Working of ESI and EPF departments were also discussed and suggestions to improve their working were shared with Chief Secretary Mr Anirudh Tewari. Importance of four laning of Patiala Sirhind road, which Chief Secretary assured to take up with right authorities.  Senior Industrialists Mr Parvesh Mangla, Mr Naresh Gupta, Mr Ashwani Garg , Mr Vikram Goyal, Mr P S Walia, Mr Sunil Sood and Mr Rajinder Gupta appreciated the efforts taken by Chief Secretary to resolve the issues on priority.
