Justice Rajan Gupta ( Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh), Administrative Judge, Patiala Sessions Division inaugurated the new D-Stress Center set up at District Courts, Patiala today. District and Sessions Judge Rajinder Aggarwal, Deputy Commissioner Kumar Amit, SSP Vikramjeet Duggal, Secretary District Legal Services Authority, CJM Parminder Kaur and other judicial officers were present on the occasion.Justice Rajan Gupta while talking about the De-Stress Center for Judicial Officers (Judges) as an experiment said that this center would help the Judicial Officers (Judges) to be stress free during their day to day court engagements. He said that now a days the officers in every organization have to work for a long time and if they spend their time in such stress center, then their work efficiency would be further enhanced.He said that this 'De-Stress Center' set up on the sixth floor of the District Courts, have indoor sports activities like table tennis, chess and carom board etc. to relieve the judicial officers from stress after a busy day.Inaugurating the Covid vaccination camp organised at District Courts today, he said that every eligible person should be vaccinated against Covid to prevent the spread of the disease. He said that besides vaccination, use of masks, sanitation of hands and adherence to social distance rules should be ensured.
