District Development Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode today asked the block Development Officers to complete the two proposed works each from B2V-1 and B2V-2 in all Panchayats across the district before the commencement of the 3rd phase of the ambitious flagship program.The DDC was chairing the meeting of the rural Development department to review its preparedness for Jan Abhiyan and B2V 3. The meeting was attended by senior functionaries of RDD including BDOs of all the blocks of the district.While highlighting the importance of the Unnat Gram Abhiyan, the DDC directed the BDO's to ensure that majority of the identified works under 14th FC and MGNREGA are completed by or before 1st of October 2020.He also asked them to strike a coordination with line departments for effective conduct of Block Divas on consecutive Wednesdays of 3 week pre- B2V 3 abhiyan.The DDC exhorted upon the concerned to work in close coordination to make this Jan Abhiyan campaign a great success which in turn will lead to the success of the 3rd phase of Back to Village program scheduled to be held from 2nd of October 2020 upto 12 October.
