A Mega District Kisan Mela under “Kisan Pakhwada” was organised today at Swankha, Ramgarh block in collaboration with Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry and other allied departments.The event, participated by, more than 150 farmers of block Vijaypur and Ramgarh, was inaugurated by Joint Director Agriculture (SLUB) Daisy Bhan.The farmers were given awareness about benefits of KCC and the process for applying for the same.Different banks filled 110 KCC forms, of which, 24 Kisan Credit Cards were issued on the spot. Besides, all the departments demonstrated their schemes and activities.Chief Agriculture Officer in presence of BDC Chairman Ramgarh and other PRI members motivated the farmers for 100 per cent achievement of KCC.Chief Agriculture Officer, Sanjay Kumar Verma, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Dr. S.P Verma, Chief Horticulture Officer, Anil Gorkha, District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Dr. Surinder Gupta, District Lead Bank Manager, Ajay Koul, District Agriculture Officer, Satish Sharma, Subject Matter Specialist, Tilak Raj Sharma, Subject Matter Specialist(DL), Aman Jyoti, Potato Development Officer, Yadvinder Singh, Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer, Dolly John, Subject Matter Specialist, Rajinder Matto, Agriculture Extension Officer,Ramgarh S.
