Today's students are the future of our country and it is up to our schools to create their future.These words said in Halka Sahnewal by Sukhwinder Singh Bindra, Chairman, Punjab Youth Development Board (Punjab Govt.), due to their initiative and appeal the management of Gyan Niketan Public School (English Medium) Danderi Khurd, Sahnewal, Ludhiana has waived the fees for the month of April and May of the students.The result of 10+2 level board in this school is 98 percent. Mr. Nitin Tandon and Mr. Jashanjot Singh Shergill, Punjab Youth Development Board (Govt. of Punjab) District Team, were also present with the Chairman.Speaking on the occasion S. Bindra ji said that now due to Covid-19 the hands of the parents of the children are getting tight and many parents are feeling unable to pay the fees of their children. Every parent wants to give their children a good education. But in the current situation, it has become a difficult task. So the Punjab Youth Development Board (Punjab Govt.) On a high demand of parents, Chairman S. Sukhwindar Singh Bindra had appealed to Gyan Niketan Public School, which is a 10 + 2 level English medium school with more than 1000 students, keeping in view the interest of the parents and the school gladly accepted the appeal of Chairman Sahib and waived the entire fees of the school children for the month of April and May. All Parents of the children thanked the Punjab Government and said that the Govt. of Punjab has done a great job for them. During this nationwide lock-down, the Punjab Youth Development Board (Govt. of Punjab) took an initiative for the students stranded in the states and brought them safely to their districts, which was thanked by the residents of the state and described as a very commendable step.Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said that Punjab Youth Development Board (Govt. of Punjab) under the able leadership of Capt. Amarinder Singh, Chief Minister of Punjab was fully committed for the welfare and development of the youth, students and every resident of Punjab.
