CREDAI Established in 1999, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) brings together more than 12500 Real Estate Developers from 204 city chapters across 21 states of India.S. Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria Hon’ble Minister of Housing & Urban Development, Govt. of Punjab inaugurated the Expo on 13th December at Parade Ground Sector 17, Chandigarh. It is a three days Expo from 13th to 15th of December where one can look for the best of residential and commercial opportunities. For the first time in history, this Expo brings together all the stakeholders under one roof - Developers, Construction Companies, Banks, Architects, Town Planners, Engineers, Vastu Consultants, Property Consultants and others.The Steel Partner of the Event is TATA Tiscon along with HDFC as its Home Loan partner.The Expo began after inauguration by the Hon’ble Minister who later honored 5 leading developers with Life Time Achievement Award for their contribution to the upliftment of the Realty Sector in North. In the evening, a Statecon was organized at JW Marriott where S. Navreet Singh Kang, Chairperson RERA and Sh. Sarvjit Singh IAS, Principal Secretary, Dept. of Housing, Punjab were the Guest of Honor. S. Navreet Singh Kang inaugurated the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum at this Event. Mr. Majha along with the Executive team of CREDAI Punjab released the CREDAI informative brochure and shed light about the purpose and importance of the Expo.Later Sh. Sarvjit Singh felicitated the supporters of the Expo by presenting them with a token of gratitude. The evening was summed up with a sufiana night.The second day of the Expo was a great success and got an outstanding response. The Expo is being visited by people from Tricity as well as outside. It seems to be a great hit and profitable venture for all parties involved.
