Dedicated to the 550th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the Grand light and sound show in the holy city continued to enthral the audience.The stupendous light and sound show was magnificently showcasing the life and philosophy of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.The grand light and sound show was disseminating the message of peace, brotherhood, compassion and humanity as preached by Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji through the ultra-modern technique. The devotees were feeling bathed in Guru Sahib’s glory after watching the show.Harwinder Singh from Machi Joa village who specially came from Australia to pay obeisance in Holy city hailed the initiative of Punjab Government and said that grand light and sound show has left an indelible imprint on his mind.Kuldeep Singh from Kapurthala, who reached in the show with his family, said that the show beautifully projected Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji's messages tolerance, peace, communal harmony, women empowerment and protection of natural resources.He said that such shows must be held on a routine basis so that younger generation remain connected to roots.Similarly, Shubhpreet from Jalandhar and  Satwinder Singh from Tarn Taran said that they were feeling very fortunate to have got the opportunity of watching the show.It is pertinent to mention here that apart from grand light and sound show, well-known Punjabi folk singers enthralled the audience through their musical tributes to Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Lakhwinder Wadali and Harbhajan Mann mesmerized the people with his musical creations dedicated to Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.The Grand Light and Sound Show will culminate on November 15 and Pamma Dumewal will pay his musical tribute to Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji on November 14-15.
