Jain said that the message of Bhagwan Balmiki was for entire humanity which cannot be and should not be confied to any particular caste community or religion.Mayor of Chandigarh Sh. Davesh Moudgil said Bhagwan Valmiki taught the world as to how to live life with moral values.
