Speaker, Legislative Assembly, Dr. Nirmal Singh today inaugurated a 3-day National Scholars Confluence on the eve of the birth centenary celebrations of 19th Kushok Bakula Rinpoche.Addressing the gathering Dr Nirmal Singh who was the chief guest on the occasion expressed happiness to be part of the celebrations of a legendary figure whose contribution in ensuring communal harmony and development has been immense. He stressed on the importance to follow the paths guided by them. He added that Kushok Bakula has been a forerunner in nation building and it is our responsibility to work together to relive his vision.Dr Nirmal Singh said that organizing such national conferences is a good medium to honorKushok Bakula Rinpoche, besides it provides a platform for experts and scholars to come together and deliberate over important issues.
