Forest Minister Govind Singh Thakur today met Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology K.J Alphons and submitted a proposal for clearance of Rs. 500 crore eco-tourism project.He apprised the Union Minister that Himachal Pradesh had been one of the favourite tourist destinations and there were great possibilities for developing eco-tourism, especially adventure tourism in the state.Shri Alphons assured the Minister that his proposal would be considered on priority and all possible assistance would be provided for giving boost to eco-tourism in the state.
