To mitigate the problems and grievances confronting the people of Kalakote Constituency, Minister for Animal, Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries, Abdul Gani Kohli today convened a Public Darbar at Harichumma Thana.During the Durbar, people put forth their demands and grievances and sought early redressal of their grievances.  Minister gave patient hearing to the visiting delegations and assured them that their genuine demands will be looked into and also gave on-spot directions to the concerned officials for their early redressal.Addressing the gathering, Minister said that the government is committed to equitable development of all the three regions of the State. He said that sufficient funds have been earmarked under different sectors for undertaking various developmental projects in Kalakote Constituency and that work on these projects has already been started.He said the developmental projects taken up by the government have the potential to change the socio-economic conditions of the people besides providing employment opportunities to the educated unemployed youth of the state.Senior officers of district administration Rajouri were present on the occasion.
