Ashmah International School, Sector 70 Organised awareness yoga camp at its campus . Students delivered speeches highlighting the relevance in our daily life and performed different asana to aware the fellow friends and parents about their benefits. It was social awareness and community development programs and adventure activities aimed at all round development .The students very enthusiastically participated in these exercises. They were also given tips on meditation. They were taught basic exercises to keep themselves light and healthy. They were informed that exercise like yoga is the best option nowadays to stay fit and fiddle.While speaking at the moment Director  J S Kesar Said that Yoga offers multiple health benefits. It is instrumental in energy management. It keeps our energy levels up and balanced. It also helps in improving breath quality, lowering stress and cortisol levels, helping you maintain peace. Even inter personal relationships and communication improves. Physically one feels more flexible, stronger and gain stamina. He further added that the main objective of arranging this camp was to promote the importance of physical fitness among students in sedentary lifestyle. It concluded with the participation of all the students as a training camp of different asanas.
