The Chief Minister Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar today released a book “PUBLIC PURSE AND ITS MANAGEMENT” authored by Mr. Ram Narayan Yadav, Advisor to Mr. Charanjeet Singh Atwal Speaker Punjab here today.While releasing the book, Mr. Khattar said that it was commendable that Mr. Ram Narayan Yadav has discharged his duties of meticulously handling the proceedings of Haryana Vidhan Sabha for about 33 years. He termed him as an experienced Professional whose experience could benefit the sitting and future members of legislative assembly. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Atwal said that the book written by Mr. Yadav has carried the proceedings and functions of the Legislative Assembly on one hand and would guide the legislators and the students of Political Science. Prominent amongst others who were present on the occasion included Public Health Minister Haryana, Dr. Banwari Lal, Labour Minister Mr. Labh Singh Saini, Deputy Speaker Haryana Vidhan Sabha Santosh Yadav and D.S Dhaliwal.
