Mohinder Singh Ji, Sanyojak, Chandigarh Branch told that His Holiness Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, laid Foundation of Nirankari Health City at Delhi on this 61st Birthday. On this occasion Baba ji along with Pujya Mata Sawinder Ji, took part in tree-plantation. Nirankari health Centre also has provision for wellness Centre apart from Allopath, Homeopathy and Ayurvedic treatment. On this occasion, Making the presentation about the architectural, academic, medicinal, training and research aspects of the project, Dr Yash Pal Bhatia, the Consultant form Asiron Hospital and Healthcare Consultants Pvt. Ltd. said that it is basically the divine vision and blessings of His Holiness that have made the project possible. He said that it will be one of the most well-known health institutions of the world because it will train doctors and nurses and also encourage research scholars from across the globe. It will be a global institute with local reference.
The Sant Nirankari Health City will offer super-specialist treatment for every disease including cancer, he said.Dr. Bhatia said that the Hospital will have 500 doctors, 5000 nurses and about 6000 other employees. He was confident that since it is founded on the spiritual enlightenment and human values, all those who join the institution will work with the spirit of love and compassion.Addressing the distinguished gathering, His Holiness said that right since beginning, the Mission has not only been endeavouring for the regeneration of spiritual awakening but making every possible contribution towards the welfare of the society rather mankind as such. The Sarovar Complex at the Headquarters of the Mission has already become a hub of the Mission’s quality contribution towards social welfare. The marshy barren land here was turned into a fertile area by efforts made by Baba Avtar Singh Ji and then Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji. Even thereafter the Sarovar was beautified and the landscape developed in a big way.
The Mission dedicated the Museum – Divine Journey and then Fountain for Oneness in this very complex on his birthday in the past. Today also the Mission has chosen the same day for launching this great project of Sant Nirankari Health City.Baba Ji said that this institution will not only take care of the patients coming for treatment, through Allopathy, Homeopathy and Ayurveda but provide ample opportunities towards prevention of diseases, de-addiction and other such problems. He said the Wellness Centre in the Health City will be named after Nirankari Rajmata Kulwant Kaur Ji.Referring to the Mission’s social welfare activities, Baba Ji said that it has already been appreciated for its contribution towards blood donation, relief to the sufferers of natural calamities, cleanliness and tree plantation, etc. He said that a tree plantation drive carried out by the Mission’s devotees in Australia along with some other organizations has been mentioned in the Gunnies’ Book.
Earlier, Brig. PS Cheema, Member Incharge, Health and Social Welfare Department of the Sant Nirankari Mission gave a detailed history of the project as also an account of other social welfare activities. He said that the Mission has already 4 hospitals in Delhi, Agra, Kolkata and Chennai and more than 150 dispensaries in the country, all working on charitable basis. The Mission organizes on an average more than 450 blood donation camps in the country every year. There is one college at Sohna in Haryana and 21 schools across the country and one in Nepal.A coffee table book on the project was also released by His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj. The VVIPs who attended the function included Shri Satyendar Jain, Minister of Health, Government of Delhi and several other local dignitaries.
