Three killed as bus hits tree in Punjab

At least three people were killed and over 30 others injured when a speeding Mercedes bus went out of control and hit a roadside tree near Balachaur town in Punjab on Saturday evening.The accident happened on the Balachaur-Garhshankar highway, 75 km from here, police said.The injured were taken to nearby hospitals in Garhshankar and Ropar.
