Fortis Healthcare Thursday said it is in the process of effecting a top managerial change with its incumbent chief executive leaving the company by the end of the year.According to the company, its chief executive Aditya Vij is leaving the firm to look after his family business and investments. The executive vice chairman Shivinder M.
